Mt Woodson Castle Wedding

A week before the wedding day the weather could not make up its mind for their wedding day! It went from low 90’s and sunny to rain the day of! So incredibly thankful that we were blessed with the most romantic cloudy day I have ever photographed at Mt Woodson Castle and the rain held off long enough for us to pull off an outdoor ceremony and invited guests inside for a cozy dinner and dancing reception! The rain just created the most beautiful setting, everything seemed greener and full of life! It made the grounds feel so majestic!

I just adore these two with all of my heart, I don’t think I have ever laughed this much and so grateful for their flexibility so I could adjust the timeline to maximize the amount of time we for portraits before the rain started. They had the sweetest first look, it had us photographers in tears!! And we ran around the entire castle capturing so many beautiful portraits <3 Plus we had plenty of that Beyonce Wind 😉 to get all the fun veil fluffing photographs I could ever ask for! How could I forget to mention how much fun this reception was! In each room there were beautifully decorated tables for guests to seek cover from the rain, this really created such a fun atmosphere for the guests to experience how intricate and stunning all the hidden nooks are! Plus they danced the night away with 150 of their closest friends and family! It was an incredible day for sure!
