Balboa Park Family Portraits

Hey Everyone! I am so excited to be back at it after a week hiatus tracking through Northern California this past week. My first photo shoot back has me in a few tears! Valerie was my high school photography teacher in my senior year of high school. Over the last few years, I have honored to not only capture their family portraits but their engagement photographs and wedding portraits as well! I also recently found out from another client that her son was in one of Valerie’s classes and she shares my website with her students as a representation of what a Portrait Photographer’s portfolio looks like in the industry. How incredibly sweet is that!!! My photography career has really come full circle <3

I am so excited to share these photographs with you, we were threatened with rain during this photoshoot so we moved the location from a park (Which is now complete mud) to Balboa Park. We started early in the morning so it felt like we had the whole park to ourselves and with the glowy overcast light almost every spot we walked by was just absolutely stunning. It was as almost as if the rain cleaned the park just for us! Plus from all the crazy rain we have had this year, the trees, foliage, and flowers are already blooming in such vibrant colors! I hope you enjoy these as much as I did taking them! XOXO Paige
