Lake Cuyamaca Engagement Session

I have the distinct pleasure of working with Leighla at Rehab United Physical Therapy and I was so incredibly honored when I was asked to capture their engagement session! These two love to spend quality time fishing together and the first thought that popped into my head was that I needed to take them to one of my favorite spots in Southern California, Lake Cuyamaca! Just wait till you hear their proposal, it is just the sweetest!

One of their favorite traditions is to spend Thanksgiving up at Big Bear Lake. One morning Leighla and Marcus visited the Big Bear Zoo and eventually made their way to an exhibit, with the help of the Big Bear Zoo staff, that was decorated! This is where Marcus got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage! So incredibly adorable!!!
